Domaine Daniel Seguinot Chablis 1er Cru Fourchaume

The grapes come from a small plot on south-west facing Kimmeridgian slopes which bring the grapes to full ripeness despite the marginal climate. The grapes undergo classic, cool fermentation in stainless steel to preserve their delicate flavours. It’s a fresh, lean white with flavours of lemon, apple and saline, with a delicate chalkiness to the texture.
