This modern vermouth was designed by Italian bartender, Mancino, specifically for classic cocktails. Made with 38 botanicals on a Trebbiano di Romagna wine base. It pours a beautiful amber red with a glint of caramel. Notes of vanilla, rhubarb, juniper, toasted wood, myrrh, chiretta, Christmas spices (Cloves, Cinnamon bark, dried Orange). Balanced, with a bittersweet medicinal root finish.
