From Marseillan on the south coast of France, and made with local grapes. Some is aged in casks inside and some outside in the elements, allowing a slow oxidation. The two are blended, then macerated with 20 herbs and spices, including Chamomile, Coriander, Bitter Oranges and Elderflower. It is light, dry, with delicate oxidative and floral notes.
